Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist

Job Overview
We are hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist to support daily fleet operations by triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues reported from vehicles in real time. This role focuses on maintaining vehicle uptime by identifying issues quickly and coordinating with engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and triage issue reports from vehicle operators and engineers
• Perform first-level troubleshooting to keep vehicles operational
• Escalate issues to engineering teams and support resolution efforts
• Maintain and update issue tickets and documentation
• Monitor fleet status and report on issue trends and performance

Requirements

• Experience in troubleshooting, data entry, or technical roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with technical systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fleet operations or autonomous vehicle environments
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools
• Basic technical background or relevant degree
