NGV Talent seeks experienced technical recruiters to support our recruiting team by identifying and introducing candidates for specialized engineering roles across the autonomous mobility industry.

This is a sourcing-only position. NGV Talent manages candidate screening, client coordination, interview processes, and offer negotiation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage technical candidates across AI, robotics, and autonomous systems domains

• Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, technical communities, research publications, and company mapping

• Identify engineers with specialized skills such as machine learning, computer vision, robotics software, and C++ development

• Submit qualified and interested candidates to the NGV Talent recruiting team

• Build pipelines of passive technical talent for highly specialized roles

Requirements

• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical engineering talent

• Strong understanding of engineering skillsets and technical career paths

• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

 

Compensation

Independent sourcers receive 20% commission on the gross profit of successful placements.

Typical payouts range from $5,000–$10,000+ per successful hire, depending on the role and client fee structure.
