Job Overview
We are hiring a Triage Analyst to support autonomous vehicle operations by reviewing and categorizing events collected from real-world driving and simulation environments. This role focuses on analyzing events, annotating data, and producing structured reporting to support autonomy and operations teams.

This position is suited for detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable working with large amounts of structured data, following detailed guidelines, and using visualization and review tools to make consistent operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review driving and simulation events using video, textual, and numerical data
• Annotate and categorize events according to issue type and priority guidelines
• Use data visualization and review tools to analyze autonomous vehicle behavior
• Collaborate with autonomy and operations teams on event review and classification
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across high volumes of event analysis
• Build summaries and recurring performance reports using triage data
• Present findings and reporting to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support ongoing updates to triage workflows and operational processes

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in operations, analytics, labeling, annotation, or review-focused environments
• Experience producing quantitative and qualitative reports from data
• Strong communication skills and ability to summarize complex events clearly
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Comfortable learning and using data visualization and review tools
• Ability to follow detailed operational guidelines consistently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2D or 3D visualization tools
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, simulation review, annotation, or data labeling
• Experience reviewing video, log, or event-based operational data
• Familiarity with technical operations or autonomy-related workflows

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
