Job Overview
We are hiring a Delivery Robot Coordinator to support daily operations of a delivery robot fleet. This role focuses on deploying robots, monitoring performance, and handling issues in real time to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy robots on schedule to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure adequate robot availability for daily operations
• Monitor fleet performance, battery levels, and system efficiency
• Operate robots remotely in complex or blocked scenarios
• Support order fulfillment and coordinate delivery operations
• Respond to incoming reports related to robot performance and order issues
• Identify, troubleshoot, and apply known fixes to technical issues
• Document and escalate operational or technical concerns

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with maps and navigation tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Basic understanding of remote control systems or fleet tools is a plus
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

Schedule

• Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday
• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts per week)
