Job Overview
We are hiring a Training and Development Lead to build and manage training programs for operations teams. This role focuses on designing learning programs, managing training systems, and delivering training content across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct role-based competency analyses to identify knowledge gaps and define requirements
• Design learning programs from onboarding through advanced training stages
• Build and maintain training content including instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, and hands-on materials
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to translate technical information into training content
• Manage and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver and track training programs
• Develop certification frameworks to validate readiness for operational tasks
• Track training performance and effectiveness using defined measurement frameworks
• Manage and support training team members including instructional designers and coordinators
• Adapt training programs for different locations, teams, and regulatory environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience building and managing training programs
• 3+ years of experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, ADAS, or similar environments
• Experience designing structured learning programs and curricula
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM
• Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms and training tools
• Strong program management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams and locations
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting vehicle operations, fleet operations, or field deployment teams
• Familiarity with ADAS/AV systems, simulation platforms, or testing workflows
• Experience with data systems, labeling pipelines, or HIL/SIL testing
• Experience with VR/AR or immersive training methods
