Fleet Support Analyst

Job Overview

We are hiring a Fleet Support Analyst to support the operational uptime of an autonomous vehicle fleet. In this role, you will monitor fleet operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate real-time escalations, and ensure daily operations meet established service level agreements (SLAs).

This position is ideal for candidates with technical troubleshooting experience who enjoy solving complex problems, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time fleet issue escalations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using telemetry and vehicle data
• Escalate unresolved issues to engineering and support teams as needed
• Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions in Jira and related systems
• Analyze historical fleet data to identify recurring issues and recommend preventative solutions
• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed in accordance with SLAs and company standards
• Communicate status updates with operators, engineers, management, and other stakeholders
• Support fleet uptime while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation that may include day, swing, or overnight shifts

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience, preferably in automotive, transportation, or a related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience interpreting technical data and troubleshooting hardware or software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electric vehicle technology
• Experience supporting vehicle diagnostics remotely
• Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware
• Experience with Linux or Python
• Experience with software that interfaces with hardware
