Operations Associate
Job Overview
In this role, you will support autonomous ride-hailing operations from a centralized service operations command center, ensuring trips run safely, efficiently, and without disruption. You will play a critical role in real-time fleet coordination, incident response, and service optimization.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented operators with strong communication and decision-making skills who are comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously and supporting fast-paced, safety-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center
• Complete pre-mission startup checklists to ensure all operational teams are service-ready
• Monitor fleet activity and operational conditions in real time
• Serve as the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Create, document, and escalate service disruption events using internal ticketing systems
• Dispatch fleet response crews for vehicle recovery and coordinate updates with cross-functional teams
• Manage market configurations, including restricted areas and hours of operation
• Monitor external factors such as civic events, traffic alerts, and emergency scenes that may impact operations
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in real time
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail and operational awareness
• Computer literacy and comfort working with multiple internal systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting autonomous vehicle or advanced mobility operations
• Customer support or service operations experience
• Technical background or experience in operations, dispatch, or command center environments
