What You’ll Do

Safely operate physical and simulated robotic prototypes using virtual reality (VR) headsets and controllers

Execute data collection missions at onsite and offsite deployment locations

Demonstrate tasks and evaluate autonomous behavior to support model training and system improvement

Collect, document, and communicate clear technical feedback to engineering and development teams

Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic systems

Set up, tear down, and maintain robot testing environments and equipment

Operate company vehicles to transport robotic equipment between locations

Participate in projects to improve tools, workflows, and operational processes

Represent the company and its technology professionally when interacting with partners or visitors
Required Qualifications

Ability to work for extended periods using a virtual reality (VR) headset

Comfortable operating robotic systems with strong spatial awareness and attention to safety

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to safely operate company vehicles

Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship required due to business or legal requirements)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with video gaming, VR systems, simulators, or remote-operated platforms (e.g., drones, robotics)

Familiarity with command-line tools, GitHub, or version-controlled environments

Demonstrated technical proficiency through competitions, portfolios, or hands-on projects

Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving technical environments
