Job Overview

We are hiring Assembly Technicians to support the production and preparation of hardware kits used in advanced autonomous vehicle and technology systems. This role focuses on assembling sensor modules, cable harnesses, and hardware components while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.

This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, hardware assembly, or mechanical assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sensor modules, hardware kits, cable harnesses, and related components according to documented procedures
• Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate builds
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming components
• Label, organize, and prepare completed assemblies for validation and testing teams
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and assembly records
• Support inventory organization and material handling activities
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and production areas
• Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures

 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience performing hardware assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly work
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assembling cable harnesses, sensors, or electromechanical components
• Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, or technology environments
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and production documentation
• Experience following quality control procedures and inspection processes

 

Schedule

Training Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approximately two weeks)

Available Shifts After Training:
• AM Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• PM Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
