Job Overview
A leading autonomous mobility company seeks machine learning engineers at all levels to join its machine learning team. The team's mission is to experiment, design, and develop solutions addressing open questions in autonomous driving toward full commercialization. You will work with excellent engineers in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and propose new ideas using knowledge and experience in deep learning, neural networks, and large foundation models in autonomous driving, including end-to-end object detection, tracking and prediction, end-to-end planning and control, end-to-end autonomous driving systems, end-to-end online mapping, and more.

  • Work on the entire lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data analysis and model experimentation to performance metrics verification, while understanding the workflow in great detail.

  • Collaborate on cross-team projects with product, simulation, and other autonomous driving algorithm teams to extend machine learning technology to all components.

Requirements

  • Hold an advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in related fields such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in machine learning and/or computer vision, employing state-of-the-art (SOTA) techniques.

  • Be familiar with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other machine learning platforms and tools.

  • Demonstrate strong motivation to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating on complex, large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a proven track record of research publications in top conferences and/or journals as the first author.

  • Possess knowledge and experience in generative models, model distillation, or model inference acceleration techniques (e.g., TensorRT).
