Robot Service Technician

Job Overview
We are hiring Robot Service Technicians to support operations, maintenance, and servicing of delivery robots. This role focuses on daily robot deployment, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting to maintain fleet readiness.

This position is suited for candidates who are mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and able to follow structured procedures in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deploy robots, including battery installation and diagnostics
• Monitor robot activity and maintain fleet readiness throughout shifts
• Maintain organized workspace and manage tools and parts inventory
• Assemble harnesses, cables, and connectors
• Install and replace sensors including LiDAR, cameras, and ultrasonic components
• Diagnose breakdowns and perform repairs or service campaigns
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Respond to field incidents and perform on-site repairs when needed
• Support testing and installation of new hardware components

Requirements

• Experience in a hands-on technical environment (automotive, robotics, electronics, or similar)
• Comfortable using hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software
• Ability to follow manuals, procedures, and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable operating a scooter for field response

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
