Triage Analyst

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations, QA, data analysis, simulation environments, and other technical or analytical disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Review events of interest collected from real-world driving and simulation environments
• Annotate events with contextual information in accordance with triage policies and guidelines
• Use video, textual, numerical, and visualization tools to categorize events by issue type and priority
• Collaborate with autonomy and operations teams to support issue investigation and resolution
• Assemble and present performance reports on autonomous system behavior using triage data
• Process and apply detailed guideline documentation consistently across event reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of triage workflows
• Communicate findings clearly to support operational visibility and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and apply detailed operational guidelines
• Experience working with structured data to generate qualitative and quantitative insights
• Comfort reviewing and interpreting video, numerical, and textual data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, operational environment
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Triage Analyst, Annotation Analyst, or Labeling Analyst
• Experience working in autonomous vehicle, robotics, or simulation environments
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D visualization and review tools
• Experience using internal or web-based tooling for data review and analysis
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving technical environments
