Job Overview
We are hiring a Parts Coordinator to support inventory and parts operations for an autonomous vehicle fleet. This role focuses on managing parts, tools, and materials to ensure vehicles are maintained and operational.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, track, and manage incoming and outgoing parts, tools, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits
  • Source, order, and distribute automotive and AV-related components
  • Organize, label, and maintain storage areas and inventory systems
  • Support fleet maintenance teams by ensuring parts availability
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, repairs, and shipments
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to parts usage and inventory
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts as needed
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow safety procedures

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in automotive parts, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with inventory systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks during shifts

 

Schedule

  • Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
